LinglongAI (including services provided by the App and other products) is developed and operated by us. We highly value protecting users' (hereinafter referred to as "you") personal information and privacy. - Basic Usage To ensure the normal operation of LinglongAI and optimize service experience, we will collect basic information such as device model, operating system, unique device identifiers (such as Android ID or Advertising ID on Android devices, IDFA identifier on iOS devices), IP address, software version number, network access methods, types and status, network quality data, device accelerometers (such as gravity sensors), operation logs, service log information, etc.
- Registration Completion When you register a LinglongAI account, we need to collect your username information to help you complete cloud sync account registration and normally provide cloud sync services.
- Data Synchronization When you use cloud services, we need to collect your current bookmarks, scripts, ad blocking subscription rules, and settings to ensure cross-device data synchronization functionality.
- QR Code Scanning When you use the QR code scanning function, we will request camera permissions; to improve scanning accuracy, we will use the device's gravity and acceleration sensor information to identify the device's orientation status.
- File Download When you use the download function, we will request storage permissions to save files and notification permissions to display download progress notifications.
- Third-party Extensions To extend functionality, we will locally collect software list information (stored only on device), WebView version information, and detect available third-party downloaders/players for your selection.
- Opening Links When LinglongAI receives shared information or you paste text, it will locally access the clipboard to extract links/keywords (without collecting clipboard content).

- Your explicit authorization;
- Your active request for overseas services.

- Entrusted Processing Entrusting third-party service providers for technical and data analysis support, bound by this policy.
- Sharing (1) With your authorization; (2) According to laws, regulations, or competent authority requirements.
- Transfer No transfer in principle; merger/acquisition/bankruptcy liquidation requires notification and binding new holders to continue complying with this policy.

The LinglongAI will not use any third-party SDKs nor share your personal information with any third party.
V. How We Protect Your Personal Information
We adopt reasonable measures such as network isolation and data encryption to protect information security. If security incidents occur, we will notify you of incident details, disposal measures, and prevention suggestions through app push notifications, emails, etc., in accordance with the law.
VI. How You Manage Your Personal Information
- Access and Correction Through [Menu] - [Settings] - [General] - [Sync] operations.
- Delete Information Cancel account or contact us (see item 4 for details).
- Change Authorization Scope Withdraw authorization through device permission settings or by contacting us (some functions may be limited).
- Cancel Account Through [Menu] - [Settings] - [General] - [Sync] - [Cancel Account] operations; information will be deleted or anonymized after cancellation.
- Response to Requests Identity verification required; free in principle, repeated/unreasonable requests may be charged or refused.
- Exception Cases Same as situations listed in "I(IV)" may not be able to respond.
VII. How We Handle Minors' Personal Information
If you are under 14 years old, guardian authorization consent is required; if you are 14 or older but under 18, authorization can be given by guardian or yourself. Guardians should pay attention to minors' usage. If you have questions, please contact us through official channels.
VIII. How This Privacy Policy Is Updated
Updates will be published on the page. Major changes (such as service model changes, rights exercise method changes, etc.) will be notified in prominent ways. Your rights will not be reduced without consent.
