This Agreement is made between you and us regarding your downloading, installing, using, copying of the Software, and using the relevant services of Vortix.
The licensed content under this Agreement refers to the Vortix software license and services provided to users, including but not limited to (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
The content of this Agreement also includes any related agreements, business rules, and so on regarding the Service that we may continue to publish. Once the above content is officially released, it becomes an inseparable part of this Agreement.
This Service refers to the software license and services we provide for installation on mobile terminal devices with functions including but not limited to web browsing, QR codes, and other features.
To use this Service, you need to download the Vortix client software. For this software, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license.
You may install, use, display, and run this Software on a single terminal device for non-commercial purposes.
You may make one copy of this Software for backup purposes (all copyright information must be retained).
All other rights not expressly authorized are reserved by us.
You may obtain the Software directly from official channels, or from authorized third parties.
For Software obtained from unauthorized third parties, we do not guarantee its normal use.
Please select and install the appropriate version according to your device. We do not assume responsibility for losses caused by incorrect installation.
You may uninstall the software yourself. If you need help improving the service, you are welcome to provide feedback on the reason for uninstalling.
From time to time, we will provide software updates (including feature enhancements, version upgrades, etc.).
We have the right to adjust or restrict the software functions without prior notice.
After the release of a new version, the old version may not be usable. We recommend updating in a timely manner.

We do not guarantee responsibility for deletion of data or storage failures.
We have the right to set data storage period and storage space.
After the service terminates, data may be permanently deleted.
When using third-party services, you shall comply with their agreements; related disputes have nothing to do with us.

Conduct that violates public order and good morals

You must be responsible for your own use of the software. If you violate these rules, you shall bear corresponding legal liability.
All intellectual property rights of this software, including copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights, are protected by law.
Without written permission, you may not use the above intellectual property rights for any purpose.

This software may use licensed third-party technology. Any related disputes shall be handled by the third party.
We have the right to modify this Agreement, and continued use shall be deemed as acceptance of the modifications.
The execution place of this Agreement is Fengxian District, Shanghai City, People's Republic of China.
Applicable law is the laws of mainland China; disputes shall be settled through negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction at the execution place.
